Is The Sky Blue?

It has been some time since I have done a video. Worst video editing ever! Apologies believe I am a bit out of practice and was experiencing technical difficulties. So, relax and roll with the organic raw nature of the presentation and invitation.

Song in My Head: Care

Care
Day by day, my life gets colder
My eyes grows thin as I get older
Peace in pieces, bloody and bruised
I feel so helpless and confused
'Cause I hear
Screaming on the left
Yelling on the right
I'm sitting in the middle trying to live my life
'Cause I can't stop the war
Shelter homeless, feed the poor
I can't walk on water
I can't save your sons and daughters
Well, I can't change the world and make things fair
The least that I can do
The least that I can do
The least that I can do is care
Ooh yeah
Oh
I pray and pray for life's salvation
Faith is tried and true in tribulation
Love is lost and lonely, check the news
And with these open arms I'll wait for you
'Cause I hear you
Screaming on the left
Yelling on the right
I'm sitting in the middle trying to live my life
'Cause I can't stop the war
Shelter homeless, feed the poor
I can't walk on water
I can't save your sons and daughters
Well, I can't change the world and make things fair
The least that I can do
The least that I can do
The least that I can do is care
For the life of me
I can't see how the devil keeps enticing me
All you see is a felon
I know God can see what's right in me
How I can be labeled as a villain in the first place
When the worst case scenario is my birth place
I'm just trying to keep from falling victim to the murder rate
Take my life lesson, convincing the adolescents there's a God up in heaven
Sending down blessings
And your future ain't brighter than your present, quit stressing
Screaming on the left
And yelling on the right
While I'm sitting in the middle
Trying to live my life
'Cause I can't stop the war
Shelter homeless, feed the poor
I can't walk on water
I can't save your sons and daughters
Well, I can't change the world and make things fair
(Yeah, I wish I could though)
The least that I can do is care
No, I can't stop the war
Shelter homeless, feed the poor
I can't walk on water
I can't save your sons and daughters
Well, I can't change the world and make things fair (no no no no)
(I wish I could though)
The least that I can do (is what I can do)
The least that I can do (I take with what I can do)
The least that I can do
Is to always care
Yes I can care
And you know I can care
Yes I can care
Is what you can do

Song in My Head: Abide With Me

At times it is difficult to simply slow down and rest, not just our heads, but also in our hearts.

This hymn for all my life has always been a source of grounding. A place to connect with the Divine with no expectations other than to simply be.

Pairs well at dusk or dawn; as the sun moves.

Song in My Head: Hello

Hello

Sock hop

High school dance

Party at your friend’s house

do you remember?

For me? A curling bonspiel, pizza, and my team mate hamming it up.

Ild rather be happy than sappy.

Music moves our memories, and our imagination.  Tap in.

Pairs well with a twirl around the deck with your sweetie.

Song in My Head: Auric Empowerment

Yesterday, I posted a TED Talks discussion on the creative genius by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Let’s explore this conversation a little bit further.

Light is a vibrational frequency. "If we wanted to convert Sound to Light, we would simply raise its frequency by forty octaves."  Colours of Sound and Light: Energy, Frequency, and Vibration December 2018.

Within the vibrational frequency of light, some practitioners through their heart centers can read or tap into codes or messages. As shared by Elizabeth Gilbert, you may have experienced this with an unknown burst or wave of insight that guides you to write something, paint, build, sing, and so forth.

Auric Empowerment is today's Song in My Head. It is a collaboration between Lightstar and Steven Libby Starborn Messenger where light codes are translated into sacred sounds. Complementing the sacred sounds are artistic visuals and a musical score. Their work is described as ‘magical’.

For those of you who benefit from meditation, chakra work Auric Empowerment is a real gem. It contains coding for strengthening your auric field.

Pairs well with letting go and allowing yourself to receive.
